Friday Evening Load-Out: Begins immediately after the final vehicle sells and continues for approximately 2 hours.
Saturday Load-Out: Begins after the final vehicle crosses the block and continues for 2 hours or until 6:00 PM, whichever is later.
Sunday Load-Out: Open from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Monday–TUESDay Load-Out (SEPT. 29-SEPT. 30TH): Available daily from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
NO LOAD OUT WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY OCTOBER 1ST OR 2ND
FRIDAY LOAD-OUT (OCTOBER 3): 9 AM TO 4 PM
SATURDAY LOAD-OUT (OCTOBER 4) 9 AM TO 12 PM

Final Removal Deadline: All items must be removed by TUEsday, OCT. 7TH at 4:00 PM.
Late Fee Policy: Any items remaining after the deadline will be subject to a $250 per item, per day storage fee.

Freije & Freije Auctioneers acts solely as a broker between buyers and sellers. All information regarding vehicles is provided to us by the seller in good faith. We do not inspect or verify vehicle history, mechanical condition, or restoration authenticity. All vehicles are sold AS IS / WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.

We Do Not Guarantee:

That any vehicle has or has not been involved in fire, flood, theft, collision, insurance settlement, total loss claim, or owned by an insurance company, government agency, or livery service.

The accuracy of mileage.

The originality, consistency, or integrity of VIN tags, VIN rivets, or frames—including any removal, reinstallation, or replacement during restoration.

That VIN tags or frames have not been switched or altered during restoration.

Any mechanical, cosmetic, or functional condition of the vehicle.

Buyer Responsibility:

Buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to bidding. This includes the use of third-party history services such as Carfax, AutoCheck, or other online tools. Independent inspections are strongly encouraged. Numerous licensed vehicle inspection companies are available and should be considered before bidding.

“Numbers Matching” Disclaimer:

Any references to “numbers matching” vehicles are based solely on representations made by the seller.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify these claims before bidding or purchasing.

In-person previews are strongly encouraged.

Online bidders may request photos of VIN tags and casting numbers no later than 24 hours before the auction.

After the auction, online buyers will have 24 hours to request casting number photos for verification.

Arbitration & Legal Terms:

Buyers have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate arbitration.

No arbitration claims will be accepted after this period.

We do not reimburse any expenses, including transportation, reconditioning, inspection, or shipping costs.

If legal action is taken against Freije & Freije Auctioneers and the claimant does not prevail, the claimant will be responsible for all reasonable attorney fees and associated legal costs incurred by us.

Any legal disputes arising from the purchase or auction process shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the state of Indiana, under applicable arbitration rules.

VEHICLE TITLES WILL BE REGISTERED IN THE NAME AND OR COMPANY NAME YOU REGISTERED TO BID WITH IN THE AUCTION.

WE WILL NOT CHANGE THE REGISTRATION INFORMATION AFTER THE AUCTION. WE WILL ONLY CORRECT MISSPELLINGS AND INCORRECT ADDRESSES.

CONSIGNMENT DEADLINE: THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 18TH @ 4 PM

INSPECTION DATES: SEPTEMBER 25TH 9AM TO 4 PM ET
